COVID Protocol

We are delighted to be back in the studio together and building up our strength and pole practice again!

 

As you know, we must make some adjustments to how we host classes to ensure the safety of you, our students, as well as our instructors and volunteers. Please review the below guidelines and call the studio at 831-440-8964 with any questions.

We are so excited to be dancing and training with you again!


  • Masks must be worn at all times in the studio. 

 

  • You must cancel your classes on Mindbody at least 8 hours prior to class time to avoid a "late cancel" fee.

 

  • If an instructor becomes ill and a sub is not available, classes will be canceled. No refund for memberships will be granted due to illness. Drop-in charges will be transferred to the next class attended. 

Additional Studio Safety Protocol:

  • Fresh air flow maintained at all times with Hepa/UV filters, fans and fresh air flow.

  • Disinfecting and cleaning happens between every class.

Action Plan in the case that someone becomes sick:

  • If anyone is exposed we will inform all instructors and students of possible exposure, and ask that you follow the current CDC guidelines for isolating before returning to classes.

FACE MASK PROTOCOL:

Proper use of face coverings, including: 

  1. Face coverings do not protect the wearer and are not personal protective equipment (PPE). 

  2. Face coverings can help protect people near the wearer, but do not replace the need for physical distancing and frequent handwashing.

  3. Face coverings must cover the nose and mouth. 

  4. Wash or sanitize hands before and after using or adjusting face coverings. 

  5. Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth.

  6. We recommend N95 or Surgical masks for the best protection.
