COVID Protocol

We are delighted to be back in the studio together and looking forward to building up our strength and pole practice again!

As you know, we must make some adjustments to how we host classes to ensure the safety of you, our students, as well as our teachers and volunteers. Please review the below guidelines and call the studio at 831-440-8964 with any questions.

We are so excited to be dancing and training with you again!

  • Wear face covering when you enter and exit the Wrigley Building, use the restrooms and enter the studio.

  • Masks must be worn at all times in the studio.

  • Bring your own exercise or yoga mat. There will be designated spaces for your mats in the studio when our warm-up is over.

  • Bring your own full water bottle, we are not able to provide water at this time.

  • You must sign in or cancel your classes on Mindbody at least 3 hours prior to class time.

  • You will receive an email confirming your class registration along with the following questions… “Have you or anyone in your household experienced any signs or symptoms of COVID-19?” and “Have you or anyone in your household traveled in the last 2 weeks?”. You must be able to answer NO to both questions in order to attend class.

  • You will also receive a reminder text message 1 day prior to your class with the same questions. If you can answer YES to either question then please cancel out of class. There will be no fees applied for canceling class as long as you remove yourself from Mindbody or call the studio 3 hours prior to the start time of your class.

  • Your temperature will be checked upon arrival before participating in class.

  • Please maintain at least 6 feet distance with other students and your teacher.

  • Classes will temporarily be capped at 5 students per class. No poles or studio equipment will be shared with other students or your teacher.

  • If a teacher becomes ill, classes will be canceled. No refund for memberships will be granted due to illness. Drop-in charges will be transferred to the next class attended.

Wear a face covering at all times - in the Wrigley building and in the studio.

Proper use of face coverings, including:

  1. Face coverings do not protect the wearer and are not personal protective equipment (PPE).

  2. Face coverings can help protect people near the wearer, but do not replace the need for physical distancing and frequent handwashing.

  3. Face coverings must cover the nose and mouth.

  4. Wash or sanitize hands before and after using or adjusting face coverings.

  5. Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth.

Additional Studio Safety Protocol:

  • Maximum of 5 students per class for maximum social distancing

  • Close for up to 3 days for cleaning and disinfecting.

  • We will wait at least 24 hours since studio exposure to the sick person then clean and disinfect.
